Gavin W. Murphy, is a Billings, Montana, lawyer with a broad-based litigation practice focused primarily on Montana injury victims. Gavin grew up in Billings, Montana and graduated from Billings Senior High School. He continued his education at the University of Hawaii-Hilo and graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in political science. He attended the University of Montana School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2001.

Gavin is admitted to practice in all Montana state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana. He has awards from the Mountain States Super Lawyers Magazine and is also included in the Best Lawyers in America.

When not assisting local clients, Gavin remains actively involved in the community. He served for years on the American Legion Baseball Board, and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Boulder/Arrowhead Little League. Gavin is married to Brooke Murphy. Along with his wife, three young children, and two dogs, Gavin enjoys participating in all the outdoor activities Montana has to offer.
